Report on the work of Consensus centers in Armenia and Georgia in 2024

In total, 1,224 people received various types of assistance and services in 2024.

► 709 people received information support;

► 515 people attended in total:

  • 250 people attended 43 group webinars, English club classes with an English teacher;
  • 79 people sought individual consultation with a psychologist;
  • 74 group meetings of our Center;
  • 49 children and their parents (including internally displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh) attended educational events;
  • 21 people attended an offline detective game organized by the staff of our center;
  • 18 people attended an online webinar from an expert mediator;
  • 17 people attended 8 group breakfasts with a psychologist-coach;

– 7 people attended 3 Visarun trips to Armenia.

► 12 speakers held meetings, including:

  • 5 psychologists: Galina Boyarintseva, Anton Terentyev, Margarita Galkina, Anna Dikareva, Anna Shevchenko;
  • 1 psychologist, native Georgian speaker — Nikolay Teimurazov;
  • 1 mediator — Marina Bykova;
  • 2 HR specialists: Anna Shevchenko, Ekaterina Mikhailova;
  • 1 Georgian language teacher — Sofia Tchilauri;
  • 1 English teacher — Ilya Kolmagorov;
  • 1 teacher, native Armenian speaker — Armine Sargsyan.

2023

19 speakers conducted group meetings at the Center, including:

  • 6 psychologists: Galina Boyarintseva, Marina Bykova, Anton Terentyev, Ekaterina Burlak, Margarita Galkina, Pavel Bogdanov;
  • 1 psychologist, a citizen of Georgia, a native speaker of the Georgian language — Nikolai Teimurazov;
  • 2 psychologist-mediators, HR specialists: Anna Shevchenko, Ekaterina Mikhailova;
  • 2 lawyers (citizens of Georgia): Alexander Mchedlishvili, Levan Gorkhelashvili;
  • 1 citizen of Georgia, a native speaker of the Georgian language — Nina Golovanyova;
  • 1 English language teacher — Ilia Kolmagorov.

More than 1000 people have contacted our Center on various issues, including:

  • 451 people visited a total of 154 group meetings of our Center a total of 1068 times, including:
  • 62 group meetings with a psychologist were attended a total of 386 times, including:
  • 58 group meetings with a psychologist at the Center were attended a total of 347 times;
  • 4 group online meetings with a psychologist were attended a total of 39 times.
  • 188 people attended 46 group webinars with an English language teacher, a total of 320 times;
  • 50 people attended 16 group webinars on the basics of the Georgian language for beginners with a native speaker of the Georgian language, a total of 218 times;

5 psychologists conducted individual counseling sessions at the Center:

Galina Boyarintseva, Anton Terentyev, Anna Shevchenko, Nikolai Teimurazov, Margarita Galkina.

  • 45 people in 2023 turned to the Center for individual counseling with a psychologist. Among them:
  • 2 people were referred by our psychologists to psychiatrists;
  • 29 people attended a total of 146 individual counseling sessions with psychologists, including:
    • 23 people came for appointments with psychologists at the Center a total of 131 times;
    • 12 people attended online appointments with psychologists a total of 14 times.

The Center held the “Quick Immersion” Program for 2 groups of immigrant participants in adapting to life in Georgia, consisting of seminars (webinars) on various topics.

The number of participants in each Course who attended Course programs:

9 participants of the 1st group attended 4 seminars (speakers are indicated in parentheses), including:

  • 9 people attended 5 meetings “Psychological Adaptation” (Anton Terentyev);
  • 9 people attended 8 meetings “Georgian Language for Beginners” (Nina Golovanyova);
  • 8 people attended 1 meeting “Georgian Culture” (Nikolai Teimurazov);
  • 8 people attended 2 meetings “Georgian Law and Business in Georgia” (Alexander Mchedlishvili); 11 participants of the 2nd group attended 7 seminars (speakers are indicated in parentheses), including:
  • 11 people attended 3 meetings “Psychological Adaptation” (Anton Terentyev);
  • 11 people attended 8 meetings “Georgian Language for Beginners” (Nina Golovanyova);
  • 10 people attended 2 meetings “Georgian Culture” (Nikolai Teimurazov);
  • 3 people attended 1 meeting “Georgian Law and Business in Georgia” (Levan Gorkhelashvili);
  • 10 people attended 1 meeting “Achieving Goals in Career and Life” (Anna Shevchenko);
  • 5 people attended 1 meeting “Monetizing Expertise in Work and Business” (Anna Shevchenko);
  • 6 people attended 1 meeting “Job Search and Employment in Georgia” (Ekaterina Mikhailova).

More than 20 people visited the Center’s free coworking space, a total of more than 200 times. 

2022

In 2022, two Consensus centers were opened – in Armenia and Georgia.

► 623 people received information support (subscribers to Telegram channels were taken into account: 327 – in Armenia, 296 – in Georgia).

► 52 people visited:

  • 16 people attended 3 group psychological trainings “Time for Change”;
  • 10 people sought individual consultation with a psychologist;
  • 12 people attended the webinar “How to Maintain Trust with a Child in Relocation”;
  • 8 people visited the dating club and 2 excursions “Old Town”;
  • 6 people attended 2 classes “Imperial Qigong”.

► 7 specialists carried out the work, including:

  • 1 psychologist – Galina Boyarintseva;
  • 1 mediator — Marina Bykova;
  • 1 qigong master, doctor — Lilia Urushadze;
  • 1 tour guide — Valentina Ivanova;
  • 1 teacher, consultant on social and everyday issues, native Armenian speaker — Armine Sargsyan;
  • 1 consultant on social and everyday issues, native Georgian speaker — Nina Golovaneva;
  • 1 information support specialist — Daniil Kolotilov.
